Return & Refund Policy
1. GENERAL
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from GSB Warehouse Services Limited ("we", "us", "our") via our website. Due to the nature of our products, including pallet racking, shelving systems and heavy goods, all returns are subject to the terms set out below.
2. CANCELLATION RIGHTS (CONSUMERS ONLY)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To exercise this right:
· You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery
· Goods must be unused and in original condition
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We only accept returns where:
· Goods are unused, uninstalled and in original condition
· Goods are returned in original packaging
· A return request has been approved in writing by us
We do not accept returns for:
· Used or installed products
· Made-to-order or bespoke items
· Clearance or second-hand goods (sold 'as seen')
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
You must inspect all goods upon delivery.
If goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must notify us:
· Within 24 hours of delivery (visible damage)
· Within 28 days (hidden defects under normal use)
We may repair, replace or refund at our discretion. Claims must include photos, delivery details and order reference.
5. RETURN PROCESS
All returns must be authorised. To request a return:
· Email: info@gsb.co.uk
· Include order number and reason
If approved, goods must be returned at the Customer’s cost and securely packaged. We reserve the right to inspect goods before issuing any refund.
6. REFUNDS
If a return is approved:
· Refunds processed within 5–10 working days of inspection
· Refunds issued to original payment method
Deductions may apply for damage, missing components or restocking. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.
7. PALLET & DELIVERY COSTS
Due to palletised delivery:
· Original delivery costs are non-refundable
· Return transport costs are the Customer’s responsibility
· Failed deliveries may incur additional charges
8. SECOND-HAND GOODS
All used or second-hand goods are sold 'as seen' and 'as is'. No returns, warranties or refunds unless required by law.
9. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for incorrect installation, misuse or structural suitability. Customers must ensure suitability for intended use.
